You can schedule appointments via the website or by contacting us directly. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a service fee.

Virtual consultations are available for families unable to receive in-home support. You will need a stable internet connection and a compatible device to participate. We are not responsible for technical issues on your end that may impact the consultation.

Any personal or sensitive information shared with us during consultations will be kept confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share or sell your information to third parties without your consent unless required by law.
